Martinson & Beason, P.C. attorney Andrew Sieja taught two courses to his colleagues and peers at a continuing legal education course hosted by the National Business Institute. Andrew spoke on the subjects of “Complex Issues in Estate Administration” as well as “How to Handle Creditor Claims” in Estate Administration. His two-hour presentation included advice and education on Will Contests, Heir Disputes, Probate Procedure, Conservatorships, Guardianships, and how to handle the debts of our deceased loved ones.
While Andrew handles a wide array of practice areas, his focus is on Probate and Estate/Trust Administration, Corporate and Business Law, and Civil Litigation. Andrew also serves as Administrator over several estates.
