The Downtown Huntsville Tinsel Trail in Big Spring Park is officially opening for the year on Friday, Nov. 29th! There’s no better way to get in the holiday spirit than walking through the park to see hundreds of wonderful Christmas trees decorated by businesses and nonprofits who have a presence in Huntsville. M&B will have a tree on the trail again, and this year, we’re hosting a little contest to give one lucky winner $250 worth of holiday spending money!

When you and your family stop by the trail, you can enter the contest by finding and taking a picture (or selfie!) with the Martinson & Beason tree. From there, just post the picture on Facebook, tagging our firm page (facebook.com/martinsonandbeason/) to secure your entry. We’ll put together the names of all those who entered and pick a winner at random on Thursday, December 19th at 5:00 P.M. on Facebook live. Clients and non-clients alike are welcome to participate!

Stay tuned to the firm’s Facebook page for more information about the contest. The deadline to enter is Wednesday, December 18th at midnight. The winner will receive a $250 gift card. Once selected, the winner will have twelve (12) hours to claim their prize, at which point a new winner will be selected if the first fails to claim their prize within the allotted 12-hour window.

Learn More About the Tinsel Trail

The Downtown Huntsville Tinsel Trail is a family-friendly and free event featuring over 300 decorated trees from local businesses and community partners. The Tinsel Trail is now in its seventh year of operation and is quickly becoming a holiday favorite. Some trees are traditionally decorated, while others are themed or unique. In addition to these great trees, the Tinsel Trail also features large flagship trees and the City of Huntsville Tree.

The Tinsel Trail runs from November 29th through January 1st in Big Spring Park. It is open daily to the public until midnight. The annual event began in 2011 by the Downtown Forty-Seven and is now a project of Downtown Huntsville, Inc., which organizes revitalization events in the community. Parking is available on-street and in the PNC Bank garage on Church Street and Von Braun Center garage.

We encourage everyone to enter for a chance to win some Christmas cash and look forward to seeing your pictures with our tree!
