2022 Tinsel Trail Giveaway: Enter to Win for Your Chance to Win $250

The holidays are finally here, which means the Downtown Huntsville Tinsel Trail in Big Spring Park is officially opening for the season on Friday, November 25th! We can’t think of a better way to ring in the holiday season than taking in the Christmas trees around the park in Downtown Huntsville.

400 businesses and nonprofits in the community have decorated a tree in the spirit of community. It’s truly a sight to see and one that the entire family will enjoy. We’re excited to share that M&B will have a tree on the trail again this year. On top of this, we’re bringing back our annual contest to give one lucky winner $250 in holiday spending money!

Learn More About the Tinsel Trail

The Tinsel Trail is a free, family-friendly event in Downtown Huntsville. The Tinsel Trail now features over 400 trees and is a community holiday favorite. Each tree is sponsored by a local corporation, group, or family who decides how to decorate it for the holiday season. Some decide to go with traditional tree decorating, while others get creative with themes.

In addition to sponsored trees, you can also view large flagship trees and the City of Huntsville Tree along the Tinsel Trail. This community event runs from November 25th through January 2, 2023. Parking is available on Williams Avenue, in the PNC Bank garage on Church Street, and Von Braun Center garage.

We encourage everyone to participate for the chance to win some Christmas cash. The team is looking forward to seeing your pictures with our tree!
