The next episode of the Mo Show Live will air Wednesday, July 1st at 3:30 PM central time and will feature basketball player Trey Moses. The NCAA Inspiration Award winner will join Morris to discuss Trey’s playing career and Instagram Live Show: 24 Reasons presents, The Mental Wealth Series.

Raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Trey attended Ball State University to play basketball and study after graduating high school. He lost his best friend and teammate, Zach Hollywood, who took his life right at the start of his junior year.

The loss of his friend, coupled with a personal history with depression, took a toll on Trey’s own mental health. After seeking care from a group of mental health professionals at school, family, teammates, a minister, and coach, Trey was able to find strength and get to a better place.

Now he’s using his platform to spread hope. Trey has traveled the world, sharing Zach Hollywood’s story, and using his personal struggle to help others battling depression and mental health struggles. He was recently awarded the 2020 NCAA Inspiration Award, and dedicated his last two college basketball seasons to his friend, Zach.

In this episode, Trey will share his passion for mental wellness, making a positive impact, and what he hopes to accomplish with 24 Reasons presents, The Mental Wealth Series.
