Dr. Burton Moffett received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 2002. He then completed the UAB School of Dentistry in 2006. Following two years in general dentistry private practice, Dr. Moffett pursued his dream of specializing in children’s dental care and returned to UAB to earn his specialty certificate in pediatric dentistry. While there, he was awarded and completed a fellowship in working with patients with special needs. During his private practice in Madison, Dr. Moffett became Certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Moffett is married to his wife, Leslie. They have a daughter, Sarah, and a son, Jacob. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, outdoor activities, and college sports.
