The next episode of the Mo Show Live will air Wednesday, March 18th at 2:00 PM central time and will feature Rick Karle who co-hosts WVTM-13’s morning news program. Morris and Rick will be discussing sports, Rick’s career in broadcasting, as well as his interest in human interest stories.
Rick is a veteran sportscaster who was previously the sports director with WBRC Fox 6 News in Birmingham for 30 years. He has covered major sports stories including the six Alabama National Championships and Auburn National Championship. Karle also covered the 2011 Central Alabama tornado outbreak, reporting on damage, recovery and rebuilding efforts. Prior to Birmingham, Karle served viewers in Jacksonville and Hanover. He has been recognized with six Edward R. Murrow Regional Awards and one Edward R. Murrow National Award.
