A two car accident near Carbon Hill, AL (Walker County) has claimed the life of Julie Rae Norris of Jasper. The wreck occurred on Alabama Highway 118 about three miles from Carbon Hill. Also injured in the auto accident was a 1 year old toddler who was taken to Children’s Hospital in Birmingham. Timothy Joslin of Arkansas was the driver of the other vehicle involved. At this time, there is no report as to what caused this crash.
