INGREDIENTS:
2 – Cans of Mexicorn
1 – 8 oz. Jar of mayonnaise
1 – 8 oz. Sour cream
2 – Cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Mix & place in baking dish
Bake @ 350° for about 30 minutes
or until bubbly; Scoop with Fritos
* SPICY – add a can of chopped green chilies or jalapenos
