CAKE:
• One box of Yellow Cake Mix
Follow the directions on the box to prepare the cake
ICING:
• 12 oz. Cool Whip
• 8 oz Sour Cream
• 1 pkg. instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
• 1/2 Cup of Sugar
• 1 1/2 Cups of Fresh Strawberries, Sliced
By hand, mix the first four ingredients for the icing together, then fold in the strawberries. When blended, put icing on a completely cooled cake. Keep cake refrigerated until ready to serve.
