In the most recent edition of Super Lawyers Magazine, Martinson & Beason partner, Morris Lilienthal, was selected for a third consecutive year as a recipient of the publication’s Rising Star Award. Following the same structured and rigorous selection process to name the annual Super Lawyers, The Rising Star Award is presented to attorneys either under 40 years old, or those who have been in practice for 10 years or less. Recipients are among only 2.5% of the total number of attorneys named as Super Lawyers, making the award highly prestigious and a great recognition.
Morris was honored in the area of general personal injury. As such, Morris handles all types of personal injury claims including, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, products liability, mass torts and various other areas. His personal injury practice is not only in Huntsville, but statewide. In fact, Morris and his co-counsel recently wrapped up a personal injury and wrongful death claim arising out of an industrial accident that occurred at a military base in Afghanistan.
“It’s a real privilege to be recognized as a rising star in my field of practice for another year,” said Lilienthal. “At Martinson & Beason we strive to achieve the best possible result for our clients.
