M&B Shareholder Morris Lilienthal Named Alabama Super Lawyer Rising Star

Morris LilienthalMartinson & Beason, P.C. is pleased to announce Morris Lilienthal has been selected as a 2016 Alabama Super Lawyer Rising Star. The Super Lawyers rating service recognizes attorneys who have a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement, with a goal to create a credible listing of outstanding attorneys that consumers can use in finding legal counsel.

Each year, the top 2.5% of Alabama attorneys under forty (or those who have practiced less than 10 years) are recognized for their high achievement in legal ability, professional standards, and peer recognition. Candidates are selected through a rigorous process that combines extensive peer review and independent research conducted by the Super Lawyers organization.

“Serving those who’ve been wrongly injured has been my life’s calling. I am honored to have received this recognition for providing outstanding services to my clients.” Lilienthal said. “We have a tremendous team of dedicated paralegals and support staff who are committed to achieving the best possible results for our clients.”

The Super Lawyers recognition is a trusted public resource due to its objective and independent evaluations. After receiving a nomination, candidates are selected based on their verdicts/settlements obtained, experience, representative clients, professional activity, pro bono and community service work, amongst other factors.

This award marks the fourth consecutive year that Morris Lilienthal has been selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star, having first been selected in 2013. Beginning in 2016, the state of Alabama merges into the Mid-South Super Lawyers division, which now includes Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee.

Morris specializes in personal injury, car accidents, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, and products liability. He is also rated AV Preeminent by the rating service Martindale-Hubbell and was selected as a Top 40 Under 40 Litigation Lawyer for the state of Alabama. Outside of the office Morris is an active volunteer and supporter of the March of Dimes (Team Will); a member of the Madison Elementary PTA Board; and a member of the Madison Rotary Club.
