Single Car Accident Tragically Claims The Lives of 2 Toddlers

The single car wreck occurred in Bullock County, Alabama Friday when the driver of the SUV Andrea Bell of Montgomery lost control of her vehicle while attempting to pass another vehicle on Highway 110. Bell’s vehicle ran off the road and into a pond. Bell’s children Jacoby Amir Bell, 4, and Antonio Jamal Williams, 2, were in the vehicle at the time it crashed. Sadly, the vehicle sank into the 15 foot deep water before Bell could rescue her children. The accident is still under investigation by the Alabama State Troopers and it’s believed that bad weather conditions may have played a role in the wreck.

Bullock County is a rural county located in southeast Alabama. There were 101 automobile accidents in 2008 in Bullock County, 39 of which resulted in someone being injured. According to the Alabama Department of Public Safety there were 3 fatalities in car and truck accidents in 2008 in Bullock County.
